Merkava Technologies respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we protect it, in line with the Data Protection and Privacy Act of Uganda.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect the details you choose to give us:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number and organisation, if provided
• The content of your message

Our server also keeps standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security purposes.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals you request, and deliver services you engage us for. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not send marketing without your consent.

Cookies

This website uses a single session cookie to protect the contact form against misuse, and your browser's session storage to remember that you have already seen our intro animation. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we protect it

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to staff who need it. We apply the same security practices we use for clients in health and banking.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by writing to support@merkava.tech.
